      洪晟,2014年博士毕业于河海大学。主要从事水工金属构件表面防护、多相流条件下材料空蚀特性、多场耦合环境中涂层失效机制等方面的研究。作为主要人员负责、参与国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、国家海洋局海洋可再生能源专项资金项目等项目10余项。在国内外期刊、会议发表学术论文30余篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI论文14篇;授权发明专利10项,申请发明专利1项;攻读博士学位期间,获研究生国家奖学金(2次)、江苏省三好学生、严恺奖学金、河海大学“科技之星”等荣誉。现担任Ultrasonics SonochemistrySurface and Coatings TechnologyMaterials and DesignJournal of Thermal Spray Technology等国内外SCI/EI期刊审稿专家。
